I am on day 26 and am seeing noticeable results in my lower abs, back and butt. I am not doing the diet and eat normally.For the negative reviewers, I would challenge them to stick with the DVDs for a few weeks, 6 days a week, and then make a judgement. Is it easy? NO! Changing your body is hard work and will take time and it does hurt. But I am fairly uncoordinated and can follow TA decently. Use your rewind buttons and slow motion to understand her movements.The dance cardio DVD is not my favorite, but you are moving and jumping for 30 minutes so it gets the job done. If you don't like it, do other cardio. I don't do the dance cardio and instead run 20 miles per week.

The routines for the aerobic portion are ridiculously difficult dance moves. I found myself skipping them and using my bike. The ab exercises were able to be done, and were targeting the areas they were meant to...but the program is insanely boring. Tracy offers little to no encouragement OR more importantly, HOW to do the exercises correctly other than by modeling and they are not that simple. Also, she tends to not tell you to move onto the next segment of that workout and just does it. This would be fine, except you're on the floor with your head facing down and to see the TV is a strain, so you're not able to focus, as you keep watching the tv for the next thing to do.I have exercised ALL my life~weights, spin, elliptical, lots of classes. I enjoy it and love the resulting good feelings and health, so I didn't quit Tracy because I just don't like exercise. I quit because it's not enjoyable in this manner.If one did the routines, I have no doubt they would see results.

I am so glad that I found out about Tracy Anderson! Her workouts have made a big change in my body - especially in my abs!

The cardio is just jumping arround not dancing. Its hard on joints

Great workout, but I skip the cardio, because of the full impact on my back.

horrible customer service and lazy workouts
Horrible customer service at the Tracy Anderson website. She gets lazier and lazier making the workouts as she makes more. She does something on one side and forgets to do it on the other, she offers lots of instructions on the beginning and then never talks again, the camera focuses on weird angles like her foot so you can't see what she is doing, she moves around into this sort of blurred white zone where you can't see what she is doing, sometimes the workout is incomplete (i.e. arms and abs but no legs), you can tell when they just dubbed together some random workouts to make it look like one continuous one, they also sometimes just flip the image around on the screen so it looks like the other side (right versus left), and she jumps from one sequence to the next leaving you no time to move with her. Overall, they figured out a way to sell "variety" without actually making any variety.
