Excellent pattern and easy to follow
This is a fairly straightforward design, so the fact that the pattern is easy to follow is probably not particularly surprising. I have yet to make the crinoline, which I also purchased from the same pattern maker. The instructions are clear and there is not an excessive amount of fitting necessary, other than a waist measurement. Beware that you will need LOTS of fabric to make this skirt! As well as lots of space to lay it out and cut it.The pattern is on thick paper, not standard pattern tissue, which is nice because it will hold up much better over time.Overall, a lovely design and relatively simple to make.

Beginner to intermediate. Worth trying!!!!
Quick to make for most part. I do recommend getting a GOOD ruffler foot (love mine!!!) Put it together just by notches, because I didnt see instruction until it was almost completed. Put in french seams which makes me sound like a waaay better seamstress then I am. But very happy with results. I am collecting Truely patterns rapidly. ALL Super easy so far. True to sizes. Can be used over and over if traced or folded on cutting lines and w carful cutting. I am on a historical board and started making these for events.
