I was a little skeptical given the small number of reviews but my choices were limited without spending an arm and a leg. It was an even harder decision since the intermittent inability to charge my current battery seemed more like a software issue than the battery.(UNNECESSARY DETAILS - you've been warned)My task bar for the battery would say "Plugged in - not charging" but stil drain the battery when not plugged in. I researched every resolution I could find and the only thing that "helped" was if I removed the battery and then restarted the computer without it. Then I'd have to go to the device manager and remove the microsoft "ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver". Then insert the battery and restart the computer with the battery in place so that windows would reinstall the driver. How that was a hardware issue is beyond me, especially since it would charge just fine for one cycle, but then start all over again. I just love the amount of time these types of issues suck out of my life. :((END OF DETAILS)I'm quite glad I put the money out to test the theory. This battery solved my non-charging issues immediately and has been performing great for the past couple of months. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one from this manufacturer/supplier again. Great bargain replacement, I can only hope that it keeps performing this way for the next couple years.

I bought it in September 2017. It is March 2018 and the battery has been acted up for the better part of the last two months. So this is a temporary fix, not a solution. It does fit my laptop perfectly. No problems there. The main problem that is lasted maybe 4-5months. I am looking elsewhere atm.It is now unable to hold charge without the cable for more than 20 minutes before it dies. The laptop doesnt even have time to tell me its on low battery and i fully charge any of my devices before i unplug. So its definitely not able to retain its charge which is unfortunately a waste of money for the long run, but a temp fix, is it's main purpose.I have an hp 15-f233wm

I followed instructions for initial installation and battery performance, yet it does not hold a charge like it should, and find I have to plug in sooner than what it says for battery time remaining because it drains down so fast.Updated 2-2-18I now will give this battery one star from this seller, not sure if this company sent me a refurbished one, but it simply doesn't hold a charge for very long. Going back to the old one that came with my computer.

My original laptop battery starter failing to the point where my laptop just would not h9ld any charge. I did notice that the laptop did also became unbearably slow. After installing the new battery i did see a way netter performance boost, and the battery itself is good quality. So far tye batteru has been lasting me about 3-4 hrs with moderate use.

The right part that holds a charge just as needed fits perfectly in the computer. It arrived quickly. I highly recommend the product and the company.
