The Outer Banks of North Carolina are famous for their seafood. Steamed clams, shrimp boils and oyster roasts are the lip smackin', finger lickin' results of our love of seafood. With that in mind, our farmer customers suggested that we try producing a special peanut that would recreate the flavors found in those feasts.
