I have been looking for a classroom set of headphones to use for quite a while. Most were either too cheap or too expensive. Found these and they were inexpensive, but the reviews were good. I would give them 5-stars for a few reasons:1. The price is right. About $3 per pair bulk is a very good price and they just looked better than the other headphones in that price range.2. They withstood my kids "testing". If something can break easily, my students will find that weakness and exploit it. (I teach about 250 elementary students - K-5.) These headphones withstood all my students had to throw at them and are still in one piece.3. Sound quality was not bad. Cheap headphones have a real tingy sound to them. These sounded good to me - especially for $3 each.4. The students did not complain about them hurting their ears. Some of the more expensive classroom headphones become uncomfortable for students after a while. I did not hear a single student complain about these hurting their ears.5. There was only one wire coming out of the headphones. With 2 wires, my students tend to put them on their neck and pull the wires forward, not realizing what they are doing. No chance of that happening with these.My only issue was the cover for the ears came off with a few of my older students. I'm thinking they shoved the headphones down over their ears. The cover was able to be put back in place easy enough. Will need to make sure and explain how to put headphones on again. My students also chew on the wire or at least put the wire in their mouths while they work. Will need to remind them that many students use these and they don't want your germs! I'm thinking a chewed through wire may be an issue in weeks to come, but we'll see.I would definitely recommend these. I don't see any issues with these making it through a school year. And at this price, I could buy another set quickly enough.

Update...there are some durability concerns, some headphones lose sound. Not sure if this is from student use or not, but still a good product for the price.This is perfect for my classroom. The 4th grade students absolutely love the colors and they seem like they will last a lot longer than the earbuds I have been getting. Very comfortable and easily adjustable. I also love that the ear part can twist and lay flat. Makes it easier to store large quantities.

I'm a high school teacher and bought these headphones for my classroom. I've checked them randomly for sound quality and comfort. They're plenty big enough for teenagers. The sound is almost perfect. You may need to twist or "jiggle" after plugging in, but the sound stays after that. Most of my kids bring their own headphones to school, but some are iPhone headphones and some kids simply don't have them. These will be great for those kids who need to use some during my class. They are a bit fragile-feeling so I won't be loaning them out to other teachers, for fear of them being rough-handled. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and you can't beat $3/each. My little brother says they're way better than the headphones he's given in his classrooms!

These headphones will serve well for most classrooms. They are great for the price but expect the rubber earpieces to fall off easily. They are simple to put back on, but it is just something you should anticipate. For the price, they do take care of basic headphone needs. They are comfortable for students of all ages and it will get you by on a budget.

I purchased these for my middle school tech lab. My students love the bright colors and the sound is good. I just got them but so far I’m happy. I like the colors so I can easily identify my headphones if they walk out the door.Five months later and I am still very happy. Over 100 students use my class set every day and so far only five have had to be replaced. I used to burn through a class set every six weeks or so. GREAT product!UPDATE - These head phones stand up to middle school kids. I had only 10 break in the first 5 months of school. Last year I went through an entire class set in 6 weeks. I contacted Kaysent and they sent me 10 new ones which I received within 3 days!

We bought these for a classroom on the basis of the semi-favorable reviews and a slightly higher price point. They are disastrously cheap. They were delivered the first week of May. As of the 18th of May, five have just stopped working altogether for no discernible reason and many more are fritzing. Also, they somehow interfere with our educational software I-Ready, so when the headphones are failing, all of a sudden kids can't select items or move between problems.As a side note, they are also quite uncomfortable. The ear 'padding' is not padded at all. It's a silicon shape, like silicon bakewear; with any pressure it collapses against the skull.Avoid.

Gave these out to my students. Quality isn’t great as they were a little flimsy and easy to break. Size were a bit small for my older fifth grade students.
