Super book. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure if I liked the book - the concepts were interesting and there was good examples to help you connect the concepts to every day life. The language, especially where an example was given for how to phrase a sentence was over super wooden and wasn't natural - if I were to use these examples verbatim I'd sound like a robot. For me it was a big turn off. Good concepts, mainly easy to read

O livro traz para o tema de facilitação o tom humano que muitos livros deixam de lado ao focar apenas em "como facilitar" como se o tema não envolvesse qualquer complexidade.Facilitação envolve vulnerabilidade, aceitar que não existem experts e que mais do que resultados, pessoas facilitadoras devem criar espaços seguros e inclusivos para que as pessoas possam ser elas mesmas.

Livre facile à lire avec des conseils pour être un bon facilitateur. Stratégies gagnantes concrètes, que l'on peut mettre en action dès aujourd'hui.

Some food for thought . It shows how to engage with persons who have a different reality from our own. Very useful tips.

Ein großartiges Buch für alle, die mit Gruppen arbeiten, um Inhalte zu vermitteln oder Prozesse zu begleiten. Die AutorInnen halten, was sie versprechen - ein Überblick über einige "magische Interventionen", die in anderen Werken zu "Facilitation" nicht enthalten sind oder zu kurz kommen. Wird wohl ein immer wieder zu lesendes Buch werden. Ich bin begeistert.
