I ordered two to see if I would like the quality prior to ordering bulk for our upcoming wedding. The logo I uploaded was entirely too small- so I reached out. They fixed it, send me one to ensure I liked it- it was perfect.I have a big head (like the same size as my 6 foot son big) and it fits GREAT, has the double snaps, and good quality- especially for the price.The only issue I had is when bulk orders arrived they had indentations from the snaps from the hats in front of them (sealed in a bag, and then put in a box). But we left them out to "breathe" for a few days and the indentations are already going away.Honestly- I was nervous but the customer service from this company is the best I've had on amazon!

The photo was printed really light so not the highest quality but I didn’t expect that based on the very reasonable price point for custom hats online. The product came almost a week earlier than expected which was great because I ordered for a family vacation and was very nervous they wouldn’t arrive in time. The hats were nicer than expected given the price. Again, the image wasn’t as bold when printed, but all the colors were printed evenly and accurately, albeit lighter. Overall, I would recommend given the unbeatable price !

I recently bought 20 hats that I have previously purchased from your company before and was very disappointed. The printing style has changed significantly, with the printing of the logo and its durability. Moreover, a few hats arrived defective with letters already peeling off. The new product description is misleading, as it still claims high-quality prints and durable construction, which is no longer true. I can't recommend this hat anymore due to these issues. Please refund or resend my order with the previously used style. The previous style same seller was inked in and impossible to peel off.

Wow, I'm actually a bit shocked at the high quality with this hat. I got this as a bit of a gag gift, and expected a teen-sized hat that may or may not have fit right. However, the hat is definitely adult sized and has enough adjustment on the back clasp to make it fit even large heads (like my gift recipient's). The print quality was perfect and again I'm kind of blown away that it looks so good since the hat cost almost nothing! It came two days before the last expected delivery date too, so overall I would definitely recommend this as a personalized gift.
