High-quality book
High-quality book with a good amount of tips that can be a life-changer for many people. Sometimes it was a little bit too overwhelming and that's the only reason I took one star away. When I think about it: it's kind of ambivalent. One side of the coin: the author really gives a huge amount of information. You can get it, soak up, introduce into your life and business, become a leader, and succeed. The other side of the coin: can you keep all 101 strategies in your head? I believe it will take you a lot of efforts to keep them in mind every day and 24 hours a day. So that would be cool to have some short extract as well. Even if all 101 leadership strategies are important, we have to start with a few of them. We cannot do all 101 things simultaneously.Anyway, that's just an idea to improve the book, perhaps. Other than that, I really liked it.

What a great and easy read
What a great and easy read. Full of valuable information. The books introduction is a story that sets the pace of the book relating leadership to the ability to becoming a true visionary. This book is about developing the skills of leadership to inspire yourself and others to be their best and reach their highest personal potential. I believe that it certainly helps to show you the path to follow.Clear guidance in how to create a vision for yourself and how to pass this on to coach yourself and others is then thoroughly explained. This book I read in few sittings and found it very uplifting and rewarding to have read.

Clear, simple, and engaging.
Leadership Coaching: 101 Strategies for the Coach and the Coaching Client to Becoming a True Leader by Randy Wayne is a groundbreaking work that offers tools every aspiring leader needs to have. From personal developing to effective communication and connectivity, the author offers stellar strategies that will undoubtedly propel leaders and wannabe leaders to bring out the best in them, to inspire confidence in people they lead, and to drive success.I kept thinking about Stephen Covey's 7 Principles of Highly Effective People as I read this book. Some of the ideas shared in this book will not be new to many readers, but the way the author integrates them to real life situations is what makes it a must read. Highly recommended reading for leadership. Clear, simple, and engaging.

Millions of typos, doesn’t inspire confidence in the content
I had to stop reading because the number of typos and errors was ridiculous. Would’ve returned it but I waited too long. This clearly had zero editing.
