Lavender StinkStick 0.35oz deodorant by Duggan Sisters

I had heard about this product from a friend who swore by it, but had my doubts as I have always had to use clinical strength deodorant since I was a teen. Those non aluminum, natural deodorants were a joke, as much as I wished they worked, no luck. I read up on the actual product website, and for someone like me, they recommended the liquid stink stick and the extra strength powder together, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm also an amateur bike racer, so one day after it arrived, figured I'd test it out in the worst conditions: a hot race. I applied as directed, which was a little different than your normal sticks, but was shocked after a hard race to find NO SMELL. Shocked is the appropriate word. I've been using it for a month now, and still going strong. No white marks on clothes, no discoloration from aluminium, no smell, and safer. I am so happy I took a chance. I bought the travel size powder as I read elsewhere the full size doesn't close as well, and it is great.

I am a woman who sweats a TON, and have used both the lavender and cedarwood scents produced by Life Stinks. The lavender is obviously much more feminine and is intended for women. However, it is not as potent as the cedarwood, which in a practical sense leads to more applications; I probably go through the lavender three times as quickly! In terms of cost, the cedarwood is a better value. Yet if you want to smell like a woman (or have sensitive skin), go for the lavender.By the way, these sticks are about the size of a tube of lipstick. The small size is great for travel (or to stick in a purse for all those necessary reapplications).All in all, I really like this deoderant. However, I felt a lower rating was appropriate because it is high in price (shipping as half the price of the product?!) and low in strength.I also wish I knew if the unit were recyclable.

I, too, am a woman who sweats a lot... I don't glow or perspire. In fact, I have to use this stick combined with the Extra Strength Lavender powder. I purchase both and the powder lasts longer but that's what I reapply instead of the stick. It smells good and with all of the emerging research out there about aluminum / sulfates connecting to possible breast cancer risk, I'm glad I made the switch (at my doctor's recommendation) to this natural product. I must say, however, that it's not great with wetness but living in Arizona, nothing is. If you want a good product, I totally recommend.

I really like how this works; it's very potent, but I wish it had a more feminine smell. I would LOVE if there were fragrances like gardenia, tuberose, honeysuckle, or even tea tree.

Perfect little size for travel.I tried this as recommended by a friend who swears by it and using it alone on normal days, it works great to completely eliminate odor. On work days when I know I might be sweating harder, I use the liquid too. Both are unstoppable. Absolutely ZERO ODOR.I love this product and recommend it to everyone. Its super!!!!

It was entirely too strong for me. It is advertised as being for men but I thought I'd give it a try. The scent was so overpowering that I had to immediately wash it off and wash the top I was wearing. It is probably more for whom it was recommended-a sweaty male.

Love it works better than great only problem is my underarms are very sensitive so it burns me a little

I have been very satisfied with the Duggan Sisters Stink Stick and Life Stinks products. I have had excellent results and recommend them. Unfortunately, some people will find that they are irritated by these products and unable to use them. This product was my introduction into the world of essential oils.
