Not recommended.
At the moment the fastening end touches your hair, what is very difficult to avoid, your hair will get caught in it that bed, it will pull your hair out or you will have to cut it out! Not recommended.

Easy
These are brilliant, loads of YouTube videos on how to put them in.. great buy if you want bouncy curls with out the heat damage.I do find any rollers impossible to sleep in, but I just curl my pony tail at night and it looks great 👍🏻

A must have tool for long hair
Perfect for my long hair. Takes a little patience to roll it on the hair but once all in it stays there securely. Curls comes out very nice after removing.
