This is an amazing product. I have purchased one other and by comparison this mattress warms faster and is very comfortable. Delivery was perfect.

Fill out paperwork for the five year warranty.
It only worked correctly for one season then the controls for one half of cover quit. Also you can prominently feel the wiring and there is a big knobby electrical part directly under the pillow area

Control only lasted 2 months.
Thermee Micro Flannel Electric Mattress Pad, White, King  Product worked perfectly and was enjoyed until June 3rd, 2018. it was delivered April 10th, 2018. One control, my side of bed, ceased working. I swapped controls with the one from the other side of the bed and it works OK, so it's the control, not the pad. I expected that, for the price, it to last longer than a couple of months.
