I was a bit worried about the mix reviews but this chair is amazing. It’s comfortable and beautiful. When I first took it out of the box I was concerned because the fabric was dusty and dirty but all it took was wiping it down. Also I read that the back protectors were impossible to put on and I did struggle with that but after using an actual screwdriver instead of the tool it came with I managed to get them on. There’s slight squeaking when you make bigger movements but nothing to bad. Another thing to note is the leather scratches very easily so if you have pets putting a blanket down on the seat can prevent the tearing. The foot rest is actually pretty sturdy, my dad which is almost 300 lbs put his feet on it, bounced a little and the chair was fine thankfully; to be honest I got the footrest simply to set my remote while gaming because I sit with my legs cris cross I don’t need it but it’s great that I can actually use it. The chair is huge which is what I had expected. Im pretty small but I did want a chair that I could sit however I’d like. All in all I’m impressed with it. I spend hours at a time in it and all you gotta do is change positions a little when you get uncomfortable and your ready for hours of gaming again.

I don't like anything about this chair. Gas cylinder lift broke after a month of use, It will not hold lift. Frame warped to the side after a couple months of use. The leg rest is ridiculous, it comes out about a foot from your chair, impossible to rest legs on. The cushion at the front of the chair ( near where your knees rest ) is thicker than where you actually sit, which causes poor blood flow and cuts off blood circulation. Arm rests are warped outwards, one goes higher than the other. The backrest, even when perfectly attached, is warped to the side.All around awful. The cheapest Wal-Mart chair you can buy is better quality than this PoS.

A friend had this chair and I enjoyed sitting in his one enough to buy one of my own. Great plan until it started having trouble. It sinks over the course of a few minutes as the pneumatic parts seem to have given up the ghost in just under 2 months. The seat is uncomfortable for anything more than a couple of hours sitting, but I tried to chalk it up to just plain "getting used to it".I'm done getting used to it. I'll be heading to Ikea next time I get a chair which will be in the next few weeks to get a Markus instead. At least with those I know what I'm getting.

Chair keeps loosing height even when smaller people sit in the chair. Luckily it doesn't squeak or creak like the Killabee style chair (that's basically the same chair...) and so far the only part issue I've experienced is the leg rest bars bending while being under the chair. I removed the leg rest. Other than that its comfortable. Makes a good backup chair....

Sorry to say a few of the parts were missing (the elevator housing) and I'm not a big fan of alen wrenches. Aside from that though it is very comfortable, although the foot rest is a little impractical (tends to get in the way more than being helpful). Despite misgivings I like it!

Was a little difficult to put together but after getting it together it is functional. The holes for the back rest weren’t lined up well and were deep into the material making it harder to put the screws in. We had to do without the covers because the holes were too hard to line up and was very frustrating. All in all my boyfriend loves it and it is functional.

terrible quality! this chair arrived broken! I contacted amazon and luckily they refunded me, but I would not recommend to anyone. it looked cheap and felt even cheaper. i wouldn't dare lean back in this chair, you would either break it or fall over.

It's a bit wide for me, but still comfortable. Easy to put together (about 15 minutes). The screws for the back rest joints are too short. Overall, a good buy!Update: this chair is garbage. The picture is after about 6 months of use. It is "rated" for 300 lbs. I am 50 lbs below that. The cylinder also quit working after about a month.
