We got this for my Childs witch Halloween costume.The hat itself is very basic, it comes folded and compact, but pops out when opened.The best part of this hat is the rainbow sparkle of the fabric. It really catches the light and pops.I only wish that some attention to detail would have happened where the buckle was not by the seam.
