I thought it came with both ankle weights and wrist weights. But it didn’t. They are a little tight for ankle weights. They do stay on well, but it’s some strong Velcro. I wished I’d just bought a cheaper set. Not sure it’s worth that much money.

Great addition to my workout equipment! Can easily wear them while doing chores to get in some extra strength training throughout the day.

Love the color! the velcro is very secure. Went on a walk with them and didn’t feel like they were going to fall off at all. I also love the traveling case it comes with. Great for throwing in the gym bag.

This are so aesthetically pleasing to look at and they are very easy to use! I wish they made some heavier ones because I hate putting my weights behind my legs.
