Smashed light bulb
I am glad this arrived swift and promptly on the day I asked for. It was the right one for my connector. The only problem was that the lightbulb was smashed to bits and it didn't work. I was just lucky to have a spare bulb to hand.Thanks for the mess of glass!

Broken on arrival.
I'm sure the product is fine as I was buying it to replace an similar unit. But the item arrived broken. It is really too fragile an item to survive the delivery system used.
