... too thin and the color yellow is the very worst color for a pee pad
Way too thin and the color yellow is the very worst color for a pee pad. Big mistake!

I like the pads and think they do a good job
My star rating is based on the price only. I like the pads and think they do a good job. I ordered a box on 05/02/18 for $24.61, totally worth it. I ordered a box on 05/19/18 for $33.62. Huh? on 06/24/18 the same box was priced at $45.68! The pricing is over the top.

Perfect pads to neutralize odors, easy to clean up
I got these Fetchers Doggie Pads that contain baking soda for my parents, who have two dogs that aren't potty trained and never will be potty trained. Luckily, the dogs do their business on newspapers in an out-of-the-way location of the house. But I figured large, 23- x 24-inch quilted pads would be better to use than newspapers, so I gave my parents nearly the entire pack of 30 pads in this package. It turns out I was right that pads are better than newspapers for pets' waste (shocking). As advertised, the pee from dogs and cats doesn't soak through to the floor when using these pads. With my parents' dogs, the pads are easier to pick up than awkward newspapers, and they can be used longer because of the built-in odor neutralizer. The Total Care System features of these pads offer rapid drying, an attractant to lure pets, leak protection, an odor neutralizer, and liner that's a breeze to clean. These thin padded squares kind of feel like diapers and offer the same sort of protection. The top side of the pad, the one pets do their business on, is plastic; the other side has a cottony feel. We use them in our house for our cat, whose pee manages to somehow escape her litterbox. Again, these pads absorb the mess well, and, amazingly, the bad cat-pee smell is much more covered up on these pads, nearly nonexistent. So, if they want, my parents could stop their paper subscription and invest in these doggie pads every month, and we'll continue to use them for our cat's messes. Overall, I think they work really well.

Not so great.
I have 3 small dogs (,2 that are elderly ) that are house broken but sometimes in the night they have to pee.I did not find these to be as absorbent as other pads I have used. When picking them up to dispose of the urine would run out and make a mess on the floor. I also found urine under the used pads. They did seem to eliminate odor.Price wise they are about double the cost of other pads ( 100 for $35) .I do not recommend.

Great for small bladder leaks from our small older dog
We needed a good pad to go under our older dog when she's laying on her dog bed. There are times where she has small bladder leaks. Not her fault. She's old and it just happens sometimes to older dogs as it does with humans. What I like about these pads is that the pad absorbs the liquid quickly and turns into a gel within the pad. No worries about anything leaking off the pad. Plus I don't have to worry about anything leaking off it when i pick it up to change it out. But again, these are just minor leakage from a small dog. Have no idea how they'd work on a dog actually peeing on it.It's a perfect size for her dog bed. And it's soft enough where it's not uncomfortable for her to lay on it.When we go visiting friends or family and we have her with us, I can easily bring a few pads to place under her so there's no worries about her leaking urine in their home.So far we like these pads. Not only protects the dog bed so we're not constantly washing it, it gives us peace of mind if we're out visiting with her along.
