Trompo Puerto Rico (Set of 3)

Got these because my parents were remembering the days where they used to play with these. and the 3 pack at this price was an amazing opportunity to relieve these days.Shipping came early which was GREAT.I got these things and had NO IDEA how to throw this thing. I recommend tying the ends of these strings with a knot on each end, otherwise as you attempt to spin with these strings the 3 braid it has will come apart without the knots.The point is not sharp at all, more round, so it was safe on my tile floors. No bearing in the middle, just straight up wood and rounded pin. The color did come off because as I was learning it kept hitting the floor on its side, but the paint will not chip off, and paint will stay on if you know how to throw this thing properly. I recommend using a old garmet button that is medium to large size and tie it on one end of this simple cotton string that you will use to throw. Youtube how to do this, but it still took me hours to learn and in the end, when I did it I just ended up throwing this thing like a baseball infront of me. Give it 2 days of constant throwing to feel how long it takes to unwind. You got this, and you will feel great once you learn how to do this silly thing.

Got these as a birthday gift for someone longing for his childhood memories. The smile of his face as he opened the package was worth a million dollars, I don’t think I had seen my brother this excited in a while. He spent the afternoon playing with them and they are perfect size and replica as the ones we used back in the 90s

Got these to have some fun with my daughter. Top games like top fights, target shooting, and others are fun with these tops. I have several more and it’s fun to collect different style and size tops.

Bought them for my son . He loves them little bit of old school in these modern times helps the soul .
