I’ve only tested it a few times but it’s happily running in a scene where it turns the light ...
I first got this to try with Athom’s Homey. It will sync but it’s not recognised as a door/window sensor and as such it will not report its changed stat. I’m sure some clever soul could tweak the perameters or build a Homey app to make it work, but it don’t work out of the box. The drop of a star was because I’ve been unable to get support so far. With Vera it also syncs as a generic zwave device, but it is recognised and will report its state. I’ve only tested it a few times but it’s happily running in a scene where it turns the light on and off based on state. The other loss of star is because the plastic was scratched when it arrived and it feels a little cheap. That said, it’s pretty cheap compared to a number of the alternatives and if you just want something that is simple and works with Vera, this is a good option.

Have this working with Samsung Smartthings exactly how I expected
Have this working with Samsung Smartthings exactly how I expectedThis was very easy to pair but please note this is just a basic Open close sensor, this will not read temp or movement as does the samsung version which are roughly the same price.lost 1 star due to quality, does feel fairly cheap and less features then other models but so far so good if you just need a open / close sensor like I did

Works great with SmartThings Hub and Batteries last
I bought this to work with my SmartThings hub. The ST door sensor batteries don’t seem to last very long as this is our main entrance door. This contested without a problem and the batteries are lasting. Shame it doesn’t have temperature sensor. But for a cheap door sensor it works great.

Works with Home Assistant
Works with Home Assistant via an Aeotec USB stick okay. Includes open/close state, tamper and battery status. Uses two AA batteries which are not included.Appearance is not the greatest, the Aeotec multi sensor is much nicer looking but if you're putting this somewhere out of sight then that doesn't matter.
