It's working fine but only a USB cable is given, no adaptor is provided. You have to buy your own adaptor. Luckily it works with my phone charging adaptor. Only two extra cotton wicks are given. There is no option to buy extra cotton wicks and without it the device won't operate. You have to manually turn it off if the water finishes.

I have been using it regularly for a week and I have no issues. This is a very nice product with the decent capacity of water container which will stay for longer time.No need to fill everytime. It's way too small

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted a compact mist diffuser and got this product. This serves my purpose of diffusing essential oil in the air for a great smell as well to avoid dry air in the room. It is easy to use and made up of good quality material. Good light colors and we can also turn it off if not required
