I only eat the white's, so hard boiled allows for the easiest separation, and 20 minutes total boiling time. **Q: Can you cook dumplings in this ?** A: I don’t think that’s necessary however I can’t find my instructions **Q: Does this have auto shut off and buzzer** A: Yes **Q: 120ML for Poached eggs made the yolk overcook so they aren't runny. How much water should I put for poached eggs with runny eggs?** A: It depends on how much eggs you want to poach. I use 40 gr [40 ml] water per egg. And cook for no longer than 7 minutes.
