Bits + Bob's have the best customer service ever!
This pc is fantastic, it does all you need if you're a heavy gamer like me and on a reasonable budget! Beautiful design and great performance! I would also like to give a MASSIVE shout out to Eva who I was in correspondence with while it was in transit. Great customer service and without a doubt the most pleasant person I have ever encountered through amazon or any marketplace! I would highly encourage buying from this source if you like good quality products and excellent customer service skills! :)

Drivers troubles
Apparently, windows10 and alienware dont go. The drivers content (or suchlike). Leastways, youtube videos dont play unless I fight for an hour to disable/reload/whatever drivers, then one week later some update reinstates the problem. The alienware drivers require a subscription! No, guys, I bought this machine. It is meant to come with drivers built in.One hacked off owner.

Excellent PC
Without any doubt this is a premium PC with excellent specifications. As a qualified PC builder, I couldn't see any inferior materials used or short cuts made. Yes, it could have been built at home for less money but for those who don't want the hassle, the range of Alienware computers are as good as it gets. My only criticism is that for this money Dell should have included a better keyboard and mouse.
