Useless product no customer service
Product is useless, does not connect with phone. I am left with a band which has the wrong date and time as relies on phone to sync and will not do so despite phone meeting all minimum spec. Bought as a birthday gift so missed the refund window and seller has not responded to emails for help. Poor show don't waste your time. Thoroughly disappointed 😥

Looks great, comfortable, counts accurately
I've been pleasantly surprised by this purchase, at a heavy discount I was a little unsure of the product's quality but I'm happy to reveal that after a week's use the watch is ideal for my usage. It fits comfortably, doesn't chafe and secures well. The touch screen is responsive, fairly scratch resistant (I've brushed off a few things but no marks left) and switching between functions and displays is simple. Charging is easy and super quick, simply plug the screen into any USB port and it'll be fully charged within 30 minutes. I've been keeping an eye on the tracking and thus far it's been as accurate as I could ask for at this price level. The call/text message syncing with your phone via bluetooth is a nice touch too, especially useful for 2-factor authentication text messages!Only negative is the wrist-turn gesture is pretty inconsistent at best, it seemed to work great out of the box but over the course of the last few days seems to have deteriorated. If this changes or it gives up completely I will update my review accordingly.Overall, very pleased with this tracker and highly recommend at its discounted price.

Disappointed
Very disappointed as when I connected to my phone the watch would not turn on. Have contacted the dealer who is going to replace it.

Bad fastening
The fastening is not very secure . The watch fell off as i was loading a drum kit and got crushed and run over by a car .
