Great quality! Perfect for at-home physical therapy & full-body workouts
I'm a personal trainer and I use the resistance bands with my clients, and for my at-home physical therapy routines. I like the bands because they're latex free and don't break or get grimy after several uses. They're also easy to untie so I can re-use the bands for different types of exercise.I recommend this package to my clients because of the quality and because the door anchor adds tons of new exercises that they can do at home for a full-body workout. The stretch strap is really long and nice for post-workout stretches. I use the bag to store the resistance bands and stretch strap in my gym bag.
