Great stuff. I take on tea spoon mixed with filtered water (brita jug) every morning after my cardio session and I wait around 45min/1h until I have my breakfast to leave the magnesium acting free. I noticed that way it helps me to have my mind clear and I am more focused on my job. I also noticed that I need less tea during the morning as it wakes up my mind, feeling less tiredness. It also helps me to reduce the anxiety symptoms. If you suffer stress or you feel you need a boost try this. I also recommend to practice sport and have a healthy diet. All together.
