Silicone Cups Are High Quality and Thick!
This is a nice set of massage cups. I bought these to try out because I tend to get lower back pain. The silicone cups are thick in material but still flexible enough so that it's not a hard squeeze. I place the cups on my lower back. The suction of the cups gives a pretty good pull of the muscles. I'll leave the cups for about 3 to 5 mins, then repeat to get that strong cupping tension. It does help relieve the pain in the my back. easy and convenient
I found these cups much easier to use than the glass ones that I was using previously. The suction is good and can be varied as needed. They do the job.

Quality Cups
I was just recently introduced to cupping through a massage therapist family member, and I am happy that I know about it now. These were the first cups that I have purchased, and I am mostly satisfied with them. The cups that my cousin had me using were made of a thinner rubber that did not have much of a lip on the bottom. That sounds bad, but I am wondering if that is true after using these cups. These cups feel like they are made very well, but I have problems using them in motion on my neck and shoulder areas. They seem to release easier than the ones of a thinner material. That being said they are easy to manipulate when they are able to maintain suction. When using fixed suction, these cups are nice, because the bigger lip on the bottom reduces contact pain and prevents that really heavy, counter-productive draw on the skin and musculature.

Great for stiff muscles
I use these cups for Joint & Muscle Pain Relief in the trapezius (or trapezoid) area...this helps my migraines.

Not strong enough
Not a huge fan. I use cups at my job that are perfect. Bought these for home use and they don’t work well at all. Would have mild effects for delicate, old skin

Good, but sliding suction is
Though while the edges are wide and rounded, the suction doesn't seem as good during "sliding" as another brand I have. Perhaps it's because they are new and need broken in.

Perfect size for me!
I purchased these to help with my tennis elbow and I was pleased by the different sizes that came in this package. The larger one fits my tight shoulder muscles while the smaller one fits my forearm perfectly. Excellent purchase for my intended use.

Translucent, NOT TRANSPARENT
These Cups feel good in the Hands and Definitely are made of Soft Silicone👍Initial Suction is Good, BUT, The Cups ""DO NOT HOLD SUCTION FOR MORE THAN A MINUTE👎"" or Two, onto The Skin.Could be a Design Problem,💁♂️ Because Not only did they Not Work For Me, BUT EVEN A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL CUPPING EXPERT COULD NOT MAKE THEM WORK, EFFICIENTLY.
