I just got the knee braces today and I'm fairly happy with them. I bought them for my friend, who has a mensci problem, and I think they will work well for him. I'm an Exercise and Science major, so I'm familiar with anatomy and I can see how these braces would work well for an ACL, PCL or mensci problem. My only complaint is that I wish they were a little bit thicker, but I'm happy with them as a whole. I also think they they look kind of cool, for being a brace and all.

The material is thick, sturdy & seems durable. Non-slide grip helps it stay in place. Price is great and mine even arrived a day earlier than expected (Thank You Amazon). For sizing references, I’m a female, 140lbs, 5’3 and size around my thigh (5in above knee) was 18in which suggested I get an XL. However, based on some reviews, I decided to go one size down (L) and it fits perfectly, snuggled enough all around. I must point out that after a while, the top does feel tighter but all I do is fold it down a bit and it relieves the squeeze. Overall, this products delivers enough compression around the affected area without over-pressing. Definitely recommend it.

Once I returned the wrong size and got the right size (there wasn't a size chart posted when I first ordered but now I see there is one in the description), this sleeve was exactly what I was looking for. It's almost impossible to find this length in a compression sleeve with high compression. I use it for varicose veins which run up my thigh and these are perfect. I have many, many different sleeves and socks and every single one including this one will slip down a little bit when doing lots of activity. Even though this one doesn't have a non-slip band on the inside, it manages to stay up better than the others without the irritation of a rubbery band.

I have really bad knees, and have gone through multiple surgeries on both knees with redos on replacement knees, so am always in search of knee braces that work, and can be worn all day without discomfort. These fit the bill. I am also using them while I swim, and have been happy how they have held up being in chlorinated water.

These are tight enough and stay up. I wish they had holes punched in them for cooling. Very hot. I mistookthe picture for a net fabric when I ordered, thinking those would be cooler. But they do work and I'lluse them

I'm usually really picky when it comes to knee braces. They're either too tight or not tight enough. Then after normal use with them they tend to roll down and it's rather frustrating. I can gladly say I didn't have this issue with these. They fit on my knee and gave it the proper support.

Ordered a Medium which is a little tight around the thighs and mid-calf. Probably should have ordered a Large. Have arthritis in both knee. The support and stability of both knees is great.
