Exact fit except....
The clip that the screw fits into is larger than the screw so you will have to remove the clip from your old light assembly and put it on this one. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Ok but not a perfect fit.
Ok for the price but not an exact fit on my 2008 Sierra. Factory screws too small so I had to use the original clips and the factory harness fits very loose therefore the bulbs don't seal well so it's good that they came with harness. Not bad for the money but wish I would have spent a little more and gone with an LED upgrade.
