The battery fit perfectly into the laptop. Had a little bit of a charge, enough to verify it was working. No issues in windows, it reports it's being charged and gives status feedback to the tray icon. We would buy from the seller again.

Battery fit perfectly and looks just like the original battery in my HP Elitebook Folio 9470m. The original battery was down to a half hour of battery life, so this also added 4+ hours. Great buy and I'm very pleased.(will update later if any problems arise)

I am so happy to have an extra battery for my refurbished HP EliteBook. Whether I'm in the airport or unplugged at the client site, I can keep working by changing my drained battery for a spare charged one. The battery itself is light and does not add to my load. While I want to upgrade eventually (and buy a new EliteBook), I'm not forced to make that decision just for extra battery life. Thank you!

Product arrived on time and the battery installation was easy. I have been using the battery for 6 months and still getting over 4 hours run time with Windows 10.

It fit and worked, found out the problem wasn't the Battery.
