Q: Im in a wheelchair so will the feathers fall by so much sitting and tugging?

The feathers fell off when I wore mines. So it’s possible that they may do the same for you. I would recommend that you order a size up because it’s really short when sitting.

Q: How wide is the waist band?

Honestly it’s pretty tight in the waist. For me, this was for a costume so I didn’t mind but it would not have looked great if my waist was more visible

Q: Can this be dyed another color?

Absolutely not! The color will not stick. It will take the dye slightly (very light shade). The feather are very cheap and poorly put together on the skirt.
