Great exercises and recipes - it's gonna change my life!
As a plus sized woman who has been struggling with her weight for years, I can say I have heard, read, and tried every trick, fad, and diet out there and have become tired of all the copy cats and false information. When I bought this book I was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of unique techniques it provided. I was like, holy cow, something different, something easy, and it might actually work! I have always known that small changes and some effort every day could really help me change my life but this book sorted out the details for me and gave me a better understanding of how to change my life and my health. So, I am going to try it. The book itself was well organized and well written and I will definitely be looking for more books of this nature from author Linda Westwood.

Complete exercise guide
There is really a lot packed into this book. Recipes, exercise routines and programs, tips for healthy eating and exercising… Much more than I expected seeing the title of the book. I like how the author took time to wrote detailed instructions for every exercise. That is necessary for every fitness book, but many of them have too short descriptions and you end up searching for videos online. There is no need for that with this book so thumbs up for that.I didn't like the annoying ads for other books that are literally planted every 10-ish pages in the book. They cut up the text and make me mad. I realize that the author has to advertise other books, but come on, put them at the end or the beginning of the book, not like this.Besides that horrible design decision, the book is surprisingly complete fitness and health guide with sound advice and great exercise routines. Recommended.

Time is no longer an excuse!
Time, or rather lack of it, is the number one excuse that we use these days why we do not do any physical exercise and keep fit. Love it! Whole complete package in one!
This book is a great catch! It does not only have 15-min body workout but also there are free books and other freebies are really helpful in your weight loss journey.This book includes a full body work out from full body to different target ares exercises. Each exercises leveled from 1 (for easy/ beginner level) to 5 (hard/pro level). Steps are fairly easy to understand and execute, but I was hoping for a few images that might help on proper posture and or if the steps are visualized correctly.The thing I liked with this book is it's completeness, it even have a sample recipes you could eat. I've tried the full body workout #1and the leg and thigh workout #1, and I truly felt the burn!

This book is just right for me.
I intend to do this 15 minute body fix exercise regimen since I have a very limited time in doing my physical work-outs. I don't have the luxury of time to go to the gym and this guide might serve the purpose of shedding off some weight and maintain a regular weight. The plan is very easy to follow and the exercise regimen is not at all complicated. I am sure that anybody can simply follow this 15 minute body fix regimen. Additionally, a guide in diet preparation for a healthy eating habit is provided in this book. Also, there are food recipes that are supposedly aimed to establish a healthy lifestyle. This book is just right for me.

This was excellent except for not containing any pictures to illustrate the exercises. You will have to look up the exercises you don't know how to do. Otherwise, there are 5 workouts which you can mix and match and they contain great, strenuous moves. There are tips on staying fit and healthy as well as some tasty-looking recipes near the end. I will definitely try these workouts in the winter.

Effective body fix exercise plan and very helpful guidelines.
The last few months I was in trouble for my belly fat. Just few weeks ago, my uncle suggested me about this book and by the help of this book I have learned how to resize my body and make my belly fat and thighs slim.By reading this book I have learned about a 15-minute body fix plan. This book taught me some effective workout exercises and the author has explained every point very clearly. This book motivated me and taught me about how can live a healthier lifestyle. If you want to transform your body and mind in less than 3 weeks, then I will suggest you to read this helpful book.

A bit thin
Don't think I'll buy any other books by Linda Westwood. Yet another book written with large text and wide line spacing - normal font size and line spacing would mean it's about 20 pages long. Don't bother; save your money.
