Personally, I brew this up in my studio to drink and then save the grounds to dry and reuse for art. Most tea is "washed out" after one use. This is still going strong. Even after brewing once, it still makes an intense batch brew for aging paper and warming up images. Regarding flavor: It does pair well with milk and spices, but I usually drink it black (because I have no fridge in my studio) and it tastes amazing all by itself. I have trouble with black teas when they're too acid or bitter, but this one gives me no problems. I can't say if it's technically "low acidity," but it is gentle on the stomach. Regarding strength: I brew in a small all-in-one teapot with a built in strainer... now, with the right ratios, this doesn't go bitter even if it takes a while to empty the pot (the equivalent of leaving a teabag in your cup).
