SMKF Espresso Knock Box with Bamboo Encolsure,the Enclosure Painted Black

I used to work as a barista, and we had a knock box just like this one, although the build quality was slightly sturdier than this one. The outer housing is thin, but it serves the purpose, and since the tamping is done only on the metal interior, the outer housing isn't really a problem. The interior is removable and steel. Just like the real deal, it's a great buy for the price! came with a few minor scratches, but for half the price of what other sellers are offering, it's still a great deal!

If you order this thinking that it's the blue one as pictured, you'll end up with a black wooden one that doesn't really resemble bamboo even.Not sure where the description and product photo came from for this!

The item arrived in packaging that was intact and well padded. However, the finish on the black 'bamboo' wood was marred on all four sides. Some areas had spots that weren't sprayed sufficiently with the black spray paint they used. The rubber wrap used on the knock bar has an offensive, strong rubber smell the will pervade your entire house.
