Good value Vitamin D3 plus Vitamin K2 supplement
These vitamin D3 plus vitamin K2 MK7 tablets come in a dark plastic bottle with a plastic screwtop lid.They are small, round, white tablets, easy to take with water. They have no discernible taste or smell, and I have not noticed any unpleasant after-taste or other unwanted side effects.Each tablet contains 4000 IU (100 mcg) of Vitamin D3, which for most people should be plenty. Indeed, the NHS website says this is the maximum safe daily dose, so you shouldn't take more than one a day unless advised by your doctor.Vitamin D is (of course) sometimes known as the Sunshine Vitamin. Our bodies make it naturally with the aid of sunshine on our skin. But in the UK in winter there isn't much sunshine to be had, so it's sensible to supplement in the winter months at least. Personally I take a Vitamin D supplement every day in the winter and alternate days in the summer.Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep our bones, teeth and muscles healthy. There is also growing evidence vitamin D can help combat Covid-19 or at least mitigate its symptoms.Vitamin D3 (also known as Cholecalciferol) is known to be better than Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) at boosting the body's Vitamin D level. As it is typically made using lanolin from sheep's wool, however, some vegans may prefer to avoid it (even though no animals are harmed in its production).Vitamin K2 is a lesser-known vitamin, but it plays an essential role in blood clotting, heart health and bone health. It is believed that the benefits of supplementing with K2 are enhanced when combined with Vitamin D, as the two vitamins have a synergistic effect (i.e. they make each other more effective). So it clearly makes sense to combine the two in a single supplement.As I said above, most people won't require more than one tablet a day, so this bottle of 120 tablets should last you four months (and more than that if you choose to take them on alternate days). Bigh strength and good value
Vitamin D3 plays a massive part in the human body, without it or with a deficiency there will be a lot of concerning health implications for us. The best source of it naturally is the sun, but due to our climates, working loves etc it's not always possible to get enough, and what you get in diet might not give you the level you need, this is where supplementation comes in.This brand has D3 and K2 together, which from research I've done ensures calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, K2 also regulates normal blood clotting. D3 plays a big part in keeping your immune system functioning at its best.As we are in a pandemic world of COVID 19 I think everyone should be thinking about their immune system and supplementing D3 if needed (you should get a test from your GP to determine if you need it)These tablets are easy to swallow and are very high dosage, so you might not even need to take one a day.On the basis of the strength and the cost (£12) I'm going to give these 5 stars.

The only thing about them there upsetting my stomach running to the toilet a lot .

These tablets contain 2000% of the recommended daily dose of Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), and 133% of your daily vitamin K2 recommendation. You get 120 easy to swallow little tablets, which is one a day, for four months. Pricewise they are excellent value, and a real must for anybody deprived of sunshine during recent lockdowns.Vitamin D3 is usually made by the skin when exposed to sunlight, and there must be millions of people who are deficient of this vitamin after the last few months. As they give 2000% of the daily recommended dose, they will certainly help make up for deficiencies in this vitamin.Vitamin K2 Promotes strong bones and teeth, improves cognitive performance, decreases inflammation and helps some autoimmune conditions, and helps reduce risk from heart disease, whilst improving circulation.At just under 10p per day its a very small price to pay, and in my opinion, well worth it.These tablets are made in the UK, and are allergen, lactose, and gluten free. A good combination of two essential vitamins, and highly recommended.

Small Easy to Swallow
The trouble with reviewing tablets especially Vitamin tablets is you don't know they work, unlike say a pain reliving pill, so not being a Chemist I can't break them down and analyse them to see if they have the Vitamin content they say, but there is no doubt especially this time of year when the sun is not seen as much or you spend more time indoors that taking Vitamin D is beneficial, The other Vitamin , K2 I had never heard of in fact vitamin K2 supplements generally improve bone and heart health, but it's a bit more than just that best to look it up if your interested, small and easy to swallow.

the tablets in soft form high absorption, with Vitamin D, included. The dose is low so will take one every day for a month to see the full effect,I have only been using it for a week so I can't judge if it's making a difference but I know vitamins are good and have good ingredients from natural sources. Best vitamins and easy to swallow Are very good and very healthy, especially during the winter, keeps me away from colds. if you're vegan as these contain no animal-derived ingredients. Each one in this 120 pack contains 100mcg/4000 IU of D3 which isn't a huge amount but will cover your main vitamin D needs each day, especially if you're still getting out and about in the daylight each day too. The tablets come in a 120 bottle which is an odd shape, unique, but that's a massive 4 month supply so it makes it good value and therefore I would recommend them.
