Buyer, beware! Empty vials with no product inside
Buy with caution! When I first found the bSerene products, I was intrigued and decided to give them a try. In the beginning, all was great and their product truly helped to decrease the friction in my multi-cat home. Unfortunately, my past several purchases of this product has had 1 empty vial where the topical solution should be. I thought it might be Amazon but tried ordering them through the Chewy website, only to have the samenissue. My most recent purchase was through Amazon and I am processing a return for these items now. Guess it's time to find something else that will help keep my furbabies a little calmer as they interact with each other.

Stops intense conflict between 2 cats
We have multiple cats and in the last 6m or so 2 of them started an intense war with each other. The instigator Noodle has a brother…Panda...that joins in to gang up on the little one Marmalade. Panda backed off some ... once he started to realize Noodle was being an unreasonable bully. Noodle is lower in the hierarchy...but older and somewhat equal with Marmalade. Panda always sticks up for his brother whenever he feels Noodle is being picked on. Noodle was stalking Marms in the middle of the night...every night. We are talking ...straight up attacking him while in a deep sleep. The attacks were bad...no blood was drawn... but fur would be all over the house. Being woken up to shrill screams and growling of a cat fight every night around 2-3am is awful. Even when Panda stopped getting involved...Noodle just doubled down. We tried everything... Feliway... the calming collars ... along with the multiple accommodations for a multi cat household we already had in place. Nothing worked... it was actually getting worse. I tried these Valerian ampules and the fights stopped. I didn’t really give too much credit at first... simply b/c I didn’t think it would honestly do anything. I kinda felt I was experiencing some type of placebo effect. Like maybe I was just missing the fights somehow or maybe it wasn’t truly as bad as I thought. Well ... we ran out of the first box. Things were ok for a few days... then they started back up. They progressively got worse and back up to the same intensity level as before. We didn’t have it for 3 wks after running out. I realized then that maybe this stuff did in fact work. I purchased more and the very first night I gave Noodle a dose...no fights. He has been back on for 2 weeks now and zero fights. I only give to Noodle ... as he is the instigator. I don’t typically write reviews...b/c very rarely am I ever certain of the actual effectiveness. I didn’t have much confidence in this product and my husband had even less... but even he admits there is a drastic change and the only thing it can be attributed to is this stuff. Idk if it will work for everyone... I’m honestly amazed it worked for us... but I was desperate to find a solution. This by far has exceeded my expectations and the ease of use is another huge win. I very much love the once a week application. I already have multiple things to keep up with on the daily for our pets and household... I didn’t want to be burdened with another daily task. The Feliway plug-ins and calming collars would be great options if they worked ... unfortunately they didn’t at all for us. I have also tried Bach’s Rescue Remedy... that didn’t provide any noticeable difference and it required constant use. My best friend has been using Jackson Galaxy’s behavior issues supplements for over a yr... those all require daily use at minimum…plus they are so expensive and her cats still fight. Hopefully this works as well for others as it does for us. It truly is a night and day difference.

Empty!
If I could give it ZERO stars I would... because that's exactly how much actual product I received. All 3 applicator capsules were EMPTY. Complete waste of money and submitted for refund.

Worked for a little while
This stuff is a great idea, but we had a hard time getting it onto our skittish cat. What we could get on her lasted about a week, then she started being mean to our other cat again. It probably works for longer if you can get the whole dose on your cat.

Works Great, Smells Good
We applied this product to our older cat who gets anxious. She can't stand the flea stuff being applied behind her neck, but she gave us no problem with this product between the ears. In has a pleasant smell & she immediately started purring & was being very affectionate; she's also been spending less time by herself under the bed & coming out more to be social. We applied it an hour before taking her to the vet; she usually vomits & poops on the car ride, but this time she only pooped, so it did seem to help with her travel anxiety. Will be buying again!

leaky tubes
The description amount of what should be in these tubes is minuscule. But when I got the package and opened it, the tubes were greasy. I wasn't sure if that tiny amount (a drop) was what was in the tube to begin with.I did purchase a second box to see if the first box was a fluke. It wasn't. Again a minuscule amount (it fills the tip somewhat). But one tube is empty again. Because my cat is small (5lbs) what I did get in the tubes did work on her.For the $ amount I bought this for I won't be buying again.

Works fine
Seems to work fine. My cat was very skittish after our house fire. I think it was taking a while to relax in the new space. I do think that this collar helped him relax

Not happy with 2 empty vials.
I bought this to help with my cat's anxiety and stress after reading the reviews. I am sadly disappointed that it came with 3 vials with 2 of them empty. I did use the one that was full and currently waiting to see how my cat reacts with it. I will write an update later this week on how well it works.Update: I did use the one vials and it worked on my cat. I went ahead and purchase it again and this time all 3 vials were empty. Won't be buying this again.
