Perfect for the price!
They aren't kidding when they say "micro". These things are tiny. I could barely get a firm grip on them to swap the silicone tips.Let me start off by saying that I believe people should consider the price of the product they are reviewing before leaving negative reviews. So my rating is based to a large degree on the price I paid for the ear-buds, which is next to nothing.I think most people will be buying those because of the cheap price and the form factor rather than sound/build quality. That's also why I bought them, I needed some cheap, small ear-buds that can comfortably fit in my ears when I put my (tight-fitting) motorcycle helmet on, I literally can't feel they are even there. So for my use sound quality doesn't really matter.As far as the ear-buds go, they are perfect for the $4.99 I paid for them, and even at that price they came with a hard case!! They are made of metal, so they do look kinda nice, but the wire is cheap and a bit stiff. Sound quality is only ok, although I should say that I've had ear buds 5 times the price (still cheap) that sounded worse. There is actually a lot of bass coming from those tiny drivers. I am sure no one is expecting much from a pair of ear-buds at this price straight out of the box, so I little equalizer tweaking actually produces decent results. I can't speak of reliability yet as I've only had them for a couple of days, but I can see a weak spot where the wire goes into the ear-bud casing. Since you'll be pulling those by the wire itself I am not sure they'll last for too long if you aren't careful.All in all, I don't think anyone could ask for more from a $5 pair of ear-buds. I am satisfied with the purchase and they serve my specific need perfectly. All I need now is for them to last for more than a couple of months. I think I'll also buy another pair to keep as a spare.

Finally, Headphones I Can Sleep In
I have tried a lot of different headphone solutions to sleep in...Bedphones, pillow speakers, Sleephones, you name it. I am a side sleeper, and everything I tried seemed uncomfortable or would shift while I slept. These earbuds have been the product I was looking for. They are tiny, they fit completely in my ear so that I can sleep on my side comfortably, and the price can't be beat. The sound quality isn't anything special, but then I am pretty much just listening to the White Noise app all night, so it is no big deal to me. They also come with a tiny zip case, which keeps them in good shape in between uses.When these inevitably wear out, I will buy another pair.UPDATE 3/21/2015Changed my star rating from 5 stars down to three. These headphones worked for only *three months* before one bud went dead. I'm buying another pair (in pink, since it's cheaper). Sadly, they seem my only option for headphones to sleep in right now.

Worked well until they broke
I bought these on super sale for about $8 as they were 85% off. They worked well, fit in the ear great and had decent sound for what I paid, but they are not very durable. Because they fit directly into the ear canal I think the wear and stress of pulling them out caused the rubber ear bud and speaker to seperate from the housing and caused the wiring where they are soldered to break. If I paid anywhere close to the full retail price I would be furious but for $8 it was more of a disappointment. I really liked them because I like to listen to music when I sleep and when I'm on vacation and have to share a room I use them so not to be rude. As a side sleeper they fit comfortably in my ear as I sleep unlike many earbuds. Because they are so small it is hard to grasp and do anything but pull them out by the cord which contributes to the aforementioned wear and tear.

Good price, but not sure if they will last.
The first pair I had broke the first time I put them in my ear, the second one lasted longer, but not sure how long they will last because you have to kind of pull on the cord to get them out of your ear. I have tiny ears and was looking for something that would go inside the ear and not stick out too far so I could wear them while sleeping due to the lumber jack that sleeps next to me. They work well for this but again the construction is questionable. Price is good though.

It's small and ok. Works for sleeping on the side.
I was looking for very small in-ear headphones that I can comfortably wear, while sleeping on the side.This model is small enough, so the pillow will not painfully push the plugs into my ear.The sound quality was good enough for me. given the price and the low volume, I will use, when falling asleep ;)However, my major issue with them was to get the smaller tip on them. It was such a tight fit and the small, round plugs were so hard to grip, it took me 20 minutes to get it done. Luckily, this is a one time setup issue.

Small - too small; and earbuds are not for bedtime.
Its selling point is its very small size - but really, these are too small. Also, the cords are very thin and seem quite delicate.A nice touch, however, is the small ring around the left cord, so you can tell left from right without looking.Note: if you're searching for the ideal set of comfortable earbuds to listen in bed, STOP buying earbuds and buy a Sangean PS-300 Pillow Speaker. You're using ther wrong tool for the job.

Amazing Value
I am not really an audiophile, my normal headphones are the ones that came with my Samsung phone, decent pair with an inline mic. I saw these on sale for essentially 80% off, under $10 with free shipping, and I figured I would try a pair. As I said, my ears aren't super fined tuned to hear music that well, but to me these sound incredible. Deep bass, get decently loud, very crisp. Only been using them for a few minutes but so far I would completely recommend if you can get them deeply discounted like I did. Comes with a carrying case and 2 other sets of buds which is nice too.

Cheap Product
I bought these headphones because I saw they were on sale from the amazon store. The price for the headphones were significantly discounted to around the same price as cheap headphones I would buy at the store. However, the cheap headphones I buy in stores lasted longer than a pair of these headphone. I use my headphones every other day to listen to music and watch movies. I thought the original price of the headphones (around $80.00) was a good indicator of the quality of the product I was receiving. I was dead wrong.
