Great for Nausea or Anxiety/Aches and Pains
First, let me say that the "belt" part is a little too small for me. So, if you're slightly plus-sized or bigger, don't expect to use it fully as intended.That being said, it works really well. It's really comfortable and soothes my belly if I'm nauseated or sore while traveling. It gets pretty warm on its highest setting, but not too hot.It doesn't have the temp control that a good quality home heating pad does, but it definitely does the trick on long trips.

TRY ANOTHER BRAND! Not this oneWe used it three times and then it died. Now it’s past the return date. What a waste of $30.Good idea. I looked forward to using it in my car, but never got the chance.

Very useful and you can travel in the car with it.
I bought this for my daughter. She has Crohn’s disease and she has a lot of abdominal pain. This is so useful because it has a plug you can plug into cigarette lighter in the car.? My daughter can travel with it.

Returned because it did not heat up, maybe luke warm and that will do nothing for my pain

Don't waste your time. This is not a very good heating pad. It gets warm at best.
