A Ninja Warrior grip with a great feel. This is an unstable grip when held with one hand as it will tip to the side, but for those with good finger strength a one hand grip is feasible. Generally a two-handed grip for big jumps, swings or laches to a two-hand grab. This grip has a great smooth shape with no sharp edges. A big jug hold which is a very ergonomic and comfortable fit for adult or youth fingers. Rated to 250lbs. Full tang steel bolt for maximum strength. Bowl over your workout with this attachment
Really great design. Easy on your fingers to hold it with a nice grippy surface even without chalk. I've been using it for double handed hangs to work on my finger strength. The design lets me use my thumbs to steady myself while my finger tips do the heavy lifting. Also works well with single hand hangs. Great addition to my grip training attachments.
