Matte Privacy Screen Protector for iPhone 15 Pro Max, 9H Tempered Glass Matte Anti-spy, Anti Glare & Anti-Fingerprint (1 PCS)

I wanted a matte screen protector on my new phone (iphone 16 pro), and came across this one which adds the privacy filter. I was sceptic because price is relatively low, so decided to try. So far I'm impressed, installation is easy as comes with a fixture to place it properly (not very clear in the description, I was not sure it came with, until I opened it), and functionality is perfect. Finger slides so smoothly compared to non-matte protectors, I love the touch feeling, and the privacy works perfectly (laterally)! I recommend it! Installed for a week now, no remarks, still perfectly fitting, no bubbles etc.

Found it scratched quite easily against metal like my wallet. But I’d rather have those scratches on a protector than my phone . Plus the scratches don’t hinder the privacy. Overall though it’s actually survived longer than my previous protectors and I love that it’s matte. Applicator was also cool. Just wish it wasn’t made out of plastic.

Privacy but it reduces the screen brightness by loads. The privacy does work ok, you definitely can’t see the screen. Not the easiest to install either. I was not happy with it so took mine off, mainly because it reduces the screen brightness so much. Also, for installation you are given a QR code to scan with your phone, which is great if you have another phone/ipad to hand. I DO NOT recommend this product, total waste of 9.00GBP.

The quality is great. Takes the glare off the screen and keeps the screen private. It would be five stars if it was a little larger. The gap between the screen protector and case is a little too big. UPDATE JUNE 2024: I am now buying my third one. These seems quite susceptible to chipping on the edges. This is because the edges aren’t curved and of the size of the gap between the case and the screen protector itself. Trouble is, it’s the only matte privacy screen protector I can find on Amazon.

This is true matte. I have very dry skin and constantly need to oil my hands. My last screen protector’s quoting wore off on the right side bottom corner. It got to a point where my screen was constantly murky no matter how much I cleaned it. Finger marks: The beauty of this screen is, unless I look for it, I don’t see oily finger marks and by that I mean I have to tilt the phone a certain angle to notice. I don’t even need a screen spray, any microfibre cloth does the job without any hard rubbing. Anti glare: The only screen protector I’ve ever had that gives me the impudence to stand at the bus stop, (on one of the sunniest days of the week) one hand on hips and the other scrolling without the need to shield the screen with my body. Anti spy: I can tell when I notice other travellers sitting either side of me take a sneaky look at my screen once and loose interest. They can’t see a thing, well, either that or they find my surfing too boring! Scratches: Too early to tell but so far 🤞 Likes: Easy to install but I think you need a bit of patience. Got air pockets on both top right and bottom right corners. Took me a few careful tries to get rid of them eventually. Some smaller air bubbles disappeared by themselves. Thinking of getting a spare screen should anything happen to this one. Dislikes: NON but can’t find Mothca anti spy matte screens for tablets!!!

I’ve just received the package, changed my broken pglass, it’s very good this one, the privacy it’s very ok, there are NO fingerprints on it, it’s matte, all good, recommend it 100%. You have also in the package, instructions, alignment stickers so you can do the work 100% professional.

This screen protector was really easy to apply — it comes with all the accessories you need to line it up perfectly, and it went on without any bubbles. I really like the matte finish; it looks great on my iPhone 15 Pro and doesn’t distort the colors or affect the brightness of the screen. The only downside is that the privacy feature isn’t the strongest — you can still see a bit from the sides. Overall though, I’m happy with it!

I have had Mothca privacy screen protector for 6 months now and it has held up really well. I drop my phone quite a bit so it has a few broken dents on the sides (photo). I have always had a screen protector and this one is one of the best, if not the best. Although it has broken edges, it hasn’t broken across the screen entirely, as it can happen with some screen protectors even the first time the phone falls. It also has almost no scratches. This shows it is made of quality glass, I am very pleased. The screen is smooth and matte. Included was this small cleaning cloth which does its job really well, I suggest to everyone to keep it for later use (not just use it when installing the screen protector). I am buying another one.
