- Filmfree Laser Decal Paper for transferring your graphics and lettering onto smooth materials (ceramic, glass, steel, plastic, lacquered wood, etc.). Leaves no visible film on the transferred decal, only the image is visible on the surface.
- Procedure: 1.) Print the image on the glossy side of the decal paper * Note that the print must be mirror-inverted and the paper type setting must be "Heavy Glossy Paper or Lavel" at maximum resolution. 2.) Cut out pressure with a margin of 3-5mm. 3.) Soak the cut decal in water for a few seconds until it is completely wet.
- 4.) Apply the glue in the offer with a brush to the surface of the material. Now position the decal on the desired surface in the wrong direction (with wet fingers) - with the print side on the adhesive surface and press it down with your hand. 5.) Carefully remove the carrier material. Now only the picture remains intact on the surface. Now remove all other sticky residues with a damp cloth.
- 6.) Remove / Press the water still under the picture with a rubber scraper / squeegee until the picture is smoothed on the material. 7.) Now carefully with a hair dryer at low heat, the material is dried for 1min. Now dry again with high heat for 1min. It is also possible to use a microwave or an oven.
- 8.) As soon as the decal has cooled down, carefully peel off the clear / transparent foil. You must work with caution to avoid scratching the subject / image. Clean the image carefully with an alcohol-based cleaner. This does not attack the color Now bake the material again in the microwave or oven. With an oven you can achieve the best result. 9.) Allow the material to cool slowly. If this happens too fast, the image may be damaged.
