YOUNING As Seen On TV Egg Cooker Get Hard Boiled Eggs Without The Shell (7pack)

I thought I was getting a new product, but with finding grass in the box, this item may be used. Nothing was wrapped in plastic. That is the second thing that makes it seem used. That is why I am giving it this rating.

The concept is neat but the containers are too complicated to assemble and clean. It's easier to just peel an egg.

Difficult to use. The top pops off when you try to open it..

Eggs stick in the walls and is hard to remove when washing.

I am not a very critical person but this product is a bad investment. It takes more time setting these up (4 separate plastic pieces for each egg), for extracting the cooked eggs and particularly YOUNING As Seen On TV Egg Cooker Get Hard Boiled Eggs Without The Shell (7pack)  for cleaning the 4 pieces per eggs. The egg white sticks to the plastic and gets into the 4 piece interfaces (threads and cracks and sides). Without exaggeration I could cook and shell 3 times the number of eggs compared to doing the eggs in these poorly designed and fabricated contraptions. I tried oiling the plastic pieces to see if I could get the eggs to not stick but I couldn't put the contraptions together because when oiled they were too slippery. It's a great concept but the manufacturer and designers need to go back to the drawing board.

This item definitely needs rework before continuing on market. I had cancelled the order once; then I realized I had assembled the 4 pieces wrong (no instructions in package or how long to cook). I cancelled the cancel and tried the product again assembled correctly (my engineer son explained it to me!)...tried another batch of eggs this morning with the cup assembled correctly. It still leaked very badly, and I ended up with half and egg in most cases. The pot was a mess. No thank you.

I was zero impressed by this Product. I wish I had left it "as seen on t.v.". They took forever to harden up. Difficult to get egg out. And the residue on the inside from the egg would have been a nightmare to clean off. I promptly threw them in the garbage and never looked back.
