This bag was a gift and she loved it

I love the style, just wish the pouches were a little bigger.

Loved this item at first but the stitching on one side is coming undone where the strap meets the bag and also on the zip. Have only used it about 6 or 7 times. It was as a Mother’s Day gift. Is it possible to get a refund or can I return it and order another one?

It's a really lovely bag. The feel and look are great. The only issue I had was the main zipped was catching on the middle pocket.
