Paired with an 18 year old, but fully functional, Multi-Code 1099-40 300MHz receiver.Easy set up with DIP switches just like in the receiver.Great range, and I was able to program my BMW's HomeLink to allow my gate to open by using the button on my rear-view mirror. (Although the range is much better with the actual remote.)Price was very fair for TWO remotes, which came with batteries installed. Cannot comment on battery life since it's only been a week. Shipping was one day!

Transmission distance insufficient for my use
Remote was not able to reach very good transmission distance. I had to drive halfway down the underground ramp before it would send signal to open door. Returned and bought another product.

Compact remote
I like this compact size of remote, work great and with clear instruction. My old remote is full size and using 9V battery, this comes with button battery!
