I've never been a hair band girl, except when washing my face or putting on my makeup. I had the same old one-headband for so long, & washing it so often its not cute. They're quite large, but I liked it. Like a bandana, but put together. There are so many styles you can create with them. They nice and thick, stretchy, and my favorite...they always stay in place! Even when I sleep in them. I wear them with I'm cleaning, dog training, or doing paperwork. I can wear my hair up or down, but this head band keeps all the hair out of my face! I grow my hair out to donate to kids with cancer, I’ve been donating my hair since 1990. My hair grows relatively fast so between hair donations I needed something to keep my hair out of my face. My son purchased me my first set of fabric headbands. I loved them, they were almost perfect. I needed a headband that was wider, especially for when im active. I found these headbands. I purchased the pack that resembled bandannas. It reminded me of the 80’s. They arrived a day sooner and during a snowstorm. The headbands are soft, very well made. They look very nice in my hair. My only complaint is, they don’t stay in place very long. It seems like every 15 minutes im having to pull it forward. I accidentally fell asleep with one in my hair. When I woke up, it was gone. I dozed off for less than a half hour and the headband fell off. I wish they were a bit tighter. This is a rarity for me, because I have a ton of very thick hair, usually headbands and other hair accessories are too small or too tight. I’ve never had one that’s too big. Until now. These are very nice and I don’t want to send them back so hopefully I can figure something out. If i can figure out how to get them to stay in without the use of bobbypins or clips, im going to get another set or two.

These headbands are awesome, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been using them for several months now, and they have not stretched out or lost their shape. They’re still doing exactly what they’re supposed to do, which already puts them ahead of many fabric items I’ve known. What I really love is the width and flexibility. I can scrunch them up and wear them as a narrower headband, or spread them out to cover my forehead and ears. In the winter, that means warm ears without committing to a full hat (which always messes up my hair and my mood). In the summer, they’re lightweight and comfortable without feeling hot or bulky. Basically, these are year-round headbands. Cold weather, warm weather, bad hair day, good hair day—they adapt. They stay put, they don’t squeeze my head like they’re holding a grudge, and they’re comfortable enough that I forget I’m wearing them. If you want a headband that actually keeps its shape, keeps you comfortable, and doesn’t require seasonal storage, these are it.

Instead of wearing a thinner, plain, drugstore headband, these elevate my style. Comfy and stretchy, the colors give me enough variety to go with most of my clothes. The floral pattern looks more feminine than the bandana styles some others have which are too casual. Good to hide bad hair days, too.

I did not expect the bands to be that wide but there are really nice. My daughter uses them everyday.
