MYSA Super Booster

This is a strange item but I am a very tense person who gets back pain at the end of the day so I was willing to give it a go. You receive a mat and pillow that, quite frankly, look rather scary as they are covered in plastic spikes. I did pop on some meditation/relaxation music and settled down on the mat and I did find it very relaxing. I did need to lie there for a while but I did find that the muscles in my back seemed to unknot and the spikes weren't uncomfortable at all. I do wish the mat and pillow had been a bit bigger so that I could have spread myself out a bit more. I do recommend using this mat in a darkened room with some relaxation music playing in the background. My favourite item was probably the heated pad for your back that you can fix around your middle. I sit in an office chair all day and often get lower back pain. This was so soothing and it is the perfect size and shape to make your lower back feel supported. I am removing one star simply because I don't know how this company can justify charging almost £200 for this set. I can't see anything about the materials used that would justify the price. I think if you can get it on offer it might be worth it if you have back issues or problems with tension.

I was really unsure about this set, especially given the price of it. When it arrived I was surprised by what was inside, but then I don't know what I was really expecting. The mat and pillow have a lot of plastic round bits that have spikes, the spikes are surprisingly sharp, there are also small magnets. The mat looked to be on the small side and I felt very unconvinced about it but I put it down and then lay on it and waited. I don't know what I was waiting for but I have to say that I had an unexpectedly relaxing lie on it. I have been surprised that the time that I take to use this has been relaxing and calming. I don't think that I sleep any better when using this mat but it does feel like self care using this and I did not expect that. The small pillow is nice but I would like it to be a bit bigger, I do sometimes use that behind my head when I'm watching tv and it does feel strangely nice. I'm still not sure how the price of this can be justified, but other similar mats are around the same so perhaps I am missing something. This seems to be made quite well and the material is thick and should be long-lasting.

This is really good quality, you can tell time has been put into making this set. Comes with a Carry Pouch to put it all in. My favorite thing in this set is the cold pack. I pop it in the fridge over night and wear it for a few hours a day on my back (I have tremendous back pain) this takes the edge off a little in the morning which makes the days a little easier. Larger pillow itself can be relaxing too if you have the right sorroundings. Lying on it to relax while kids are running riot is probably not going to relax you very much.Pleased with this overall, it's very well made and eases my pain as promised.
