Need to be thicker
I love how the latex foam keeps and bounces back to shape but it needs to be an inch or two thicker. I wish they could add that as an option for those of us that want a higher loft pillow. That being said, the firmness is great for the firm option.

I really wanted to like it
For what it is, it's okay. The product itself is fine, it's just not going to work for me. It's flatter than I had anticipated, I thought 5" height was going to work, but my neck says otherwise. It's also very firm, even though I ordered the "medium firm". At $50 for a pillow, it's getting returned.

The pillow is more firm and dense than I was hoping for, but better than several I have tried so far.
