The build standard appears excellent, the frame is in sturdy aluminium and the cutting wires are high quality stainless steel. The egg slices produced are thin and the cutter is relatively easy to clean with a paper towel and perhaps the help of some disinfectant spray. All well at the moment, but on this sort of kitchen device everything depends on the cutting wires not breaking. Ideally, if this should happen, it should be possible - especially at this price - to replace these.
