What a great camera! Excellent quality - even in a pitch black room. Mobile App works perfectly; even on 3G. Allows remote control of camera and everything works wonderfully well.Yes, it doesnt work thru glass - but thats not unusual and I expected that problem anyway.Yes, initial setup can be a bit tricky but with just a little patience and retries is pretty straightforward. One of my camera's was connected to the app within 2 mins using wireless mode but for some reason the other refused to be detected. So after 10 mins of trying I simply connected it temporarily using wired LAN to my router and then it detected within 30 seconds! After that both have been working perfectly 24x7 for several weeks now.Update: Still working perfectly after nearly a year - even through 2 house moves! Also a bonus is that they are autodetected in my new CCTV DVR as ONVIF IP Camera's..

Well, where to begin? I also bought this product based on previous reviews.There is no doubt that it's a good little indoor camera. Mine wasn't able to connect earlier today so I had to reset and start all over again.There are 2 definite downsides to consider before buying this. It has to be plugged in via the power adaptor to work. The cable isn't very long at all so it will either need to be positioned close to a wall socket or an extension lead.If anyone knows of any extended power cables for this device then please let us all know!Secondly, when the volume is on there is a constant fuzzy noise. A bit like when the radio isn't quite tuned in. It still picks up other sounds but if you're hard of hearing then this might be a problem.This is also a point to note: The alarm notifications are strange and constantly go off even when there is no movement. Be careful which settings you have this on as it can sound a really loud alarm once activated. Not good for pets, babies or older people.The upsides are that the infrared is good. It can also focus well through windows if you want to keep an eye on the outside of your property.

Gave up buying realise that I had keep replacing them because They stop working after about six months if not earlier than that it was cost me more money so I bought a proper system much easier on the wallet ,

When i first opened the product I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and what appeared to be the straight forward set up... however this is where things started to go wrong.The cameras ( bought 2 ) would not pair with my internet connection as the product does not currently work on broadband wireless 5ghz ( which is most providers now ) so my BT hub would not link with the cameras. If this was rectified it would be fantastic but as is stands I now have two pointless cameras that are sat unpacked in the boxes.To say I am frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. Sadly if I could rectify this issue I would be more than happy with the product and provide a much more positive review which would reflect this appropriately!!

This has been brilliant to keep an eye on my dogs.

bought this camera in dec. 2016. today is 22 mar 2017. it has stopped working. doesnt reset. doesnt connect. not working.

Bought this to keep an eye on the dog & to talk to him when he became stressed. Very clear picture & can hear the dog but can't talk to him .
