Twinzee Compact Vegetable Spiralizer

I've had the spiralizer for some time now, and it works just as intended. It's easy to use and clean, and the plastic parts feel stable enough.The only downsides are that you will throw some of the vegetable away since it can't spiralize them all the way down. You may also have problems spiralizing vegetables such as carrots since they are much harder than for example zucchinis, and you have to use your own strength instead of the machine doing it for you. For the same reason I would only recommend this spiralizer for a smaller household or smaller meals, since you'll need to work quite a bit to feed a family larger than, say, two people. If you intend to serve your large family delicious vegetable noodles, get another spiralizer.

Great little spiralizer. I've been using it with courgette, to replace pasta. Been having it for most lunches midweek. The blades are super sharp. There is a 5cm long cone of veg left, it's not possible to spiralize the entire piece unless you use something else to force it all through, it's not like a grater where you can grate down to your finger tips.Worthwhile for the price.

Having used a few disappointing spiralizers, I was thrilled to find the Twinzee to create courgetti! It is so simple to use; just like a giant pencil sharpener; and is easy to clean the blades too with a small wire brush, also supplied. The plastic is of good, sturdy quality. With gentle pressure it creates long strands in no time at all. If you are looking for a hand held solution to spiralizing, this is it! I highly recommend :)

Used to make Zucchini/courgette pasta as a healthier alternative to regular pasta. It does take a little getting used to but once you have the technique down, you can make very long, perfect "noodles". Washing it is a little tricky but is dishwasher safe and splits apart for easier cleanup. Sometimes the zucchini/courgette pieces get stuck in the teeth and you need a little extra rinse, but the value vs. price here gives it 4 stars.

brilliant!easy to use, easy to wash and takes up very little cupboard spaceeven the members of our household who hate courgettes are really enjoying the spiralized ones - result!!
