Good for the price, poor rain drainage.
Fairly easy to put together if your handy. Has pour drainage for rain, but for the price it's allowed us to sit on the patio when raining which we love.

Great value
The canvas is a little thin but the price makes it an excellent value. Therefore I am still giving it 5 stars. Make sure and watch the video. I still had to redo steps because I put various items in the wrong place. Even with that, I had it put up in about 2-3 hours.

needs better ibstructions
The product itself seems to be of good quality and sturdy. The instructions are pathetic. They are a few things that should be mentioned: (1) the two folding arms are spring loaded so the binding strips should NOT be removed before the arms are connected to the awning, (2) the mounting head for the folding arms can be adjusted, but knowing the potential drop would have been worth mentioning. The drop when the top bolt is in the middle position is ± 1 foot, so this should be considered when determining which of the three holes to use.

Hard to put together!!!
I’m a handy guy. But I must say the instructions were awful!!!I gaurentee the average joe could not put this thing together. The Pictures did not help at all.Sorry!

We love it! The instructions are horrible
We love it! The instructions are horrible. We had to go to the video online at you tube to fix what we did wrong. Please make better instructions for people as it would save them a hour if not more in time.

Well worth the money.
I put this awning on my boathouse to shade my pier. I am happy with the awning. Being on the water there is always some wind. I don’t roll the awning all the way out because I don’t think it would last against the wind but I feel safe extending 6 to 8’. Overall the awning has allowed me to enjoy my pier on the hotter days when I would have been back at the house in the shade. I am looking to make two stationary corner poles to attach with a quick disconnect to the pier.
