Skechers Women's You Walking Shoe

I generally love Sketchers shoes. I have several from their Walk Fit line and a few of the Super Sock shoes. I have always worn a size 6 in Sketchers. I ordered these in my usual size 6 and they are too small. The length is fine but they feel tight and narrow especially in the toe area. I have wide feet which has never been an issue with any of my other SketchersI do not like the material featured on the main part of the shoe. Its highly textured and the shoe is unlined. The fabric feels tight and scratchy on bare feet. It feels and looks like upholstery fabric. There is very little "stretch" to the fabric. I didn't feel it would stretch out enough over time to be comfortable. The fabric is unlined so the shape of your foot can be seen while wearing. If you have corns or bunions their outline can be seen.On the plus side they are very cushy and shock absorbing. I had the Charcoal color and the sole was light grey. I'm returning these to Amazon.Overall, I feel these run on the narrow side.

I bought these shoes for a month-long trip in Japan. I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking and hiking and that I needed something that would be closed - to keep my feet clean - and be easy to take off and put on quickly, because in Japan you are expected to take your shoes off inside peoples' homes and in many temples. They fulfilled their purpose mightily! They were comfortable and fit perfectly right out of the box, and only got better over time. I wore them nearly all day, every day, for a month straight, while climbing ancient stone stairs and traversing wild, winding subway stations and izakaya-filled alleyways. Maybe once or twice in that whole time did my feet become painfully tired. They are easy to take off and put back on, removing any chance for awkwardness when entering or exiting homes and temples. There were a couple of times that they got thoroughly drenched, and they dried very quickly. The color (grey heather) is neutral enough that they go with everything, but interesting enough that they don't look completely boring. Only at the very end of the month did they start to smell like feet. I plan to give them a wash now that I'm back home in the States; I'll edit my review to give an idea of how they hold up in the wash. These are my new favorite walking shoes!EDIT: These shoes went through the wash just fine (don't put shoes in the dryer), and have continued being my go-to walking shoes. I've had them for two years now, wearing them often, and have only just worn a hole in the innermost lining. The outside still looks immaculate, they're still super comfy, and just, great shoes.

I have worn these shoes for a few days now and I really love them! They are very comfortable and stylish! I find them true to size. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and ordered these in a size 8 and they fit perfectly. Because of the low cut in the back of the shoe, I would recommend wearing a low cut sock or no socks (which I don’t do since my feet are always cold. Definitely a great pair of shoes!UPDATE: I loved this shoe so much that I decided to order another pair in a different color. I purchased the white/black and although it is still comfortable, it does have noticeably less arch support than my other pair. I can feel and actually see the difference. I will still keep the shoes, but I know this was mentioned by a few others that purchased these, so just something to be aware of.

Worked Austin City Limits music festival for three days straight standing on concrete. I was wearing my normal Puma tennis shoes and I've never experienced heel and foot pain like that before. I had some old sketchers with the memory foam that I used on the last day of the first weekend and it was a life changer. I bought these shoes for the second weekend of ACL and LOVE THEM! Everyone working with me asked where I got them because they were not as ugly as the normal comfy shoes. They are simple, all black with white bottoms, no logos/labels, and they are OH SO SOFT! I am headed to NYC in a few weeks and I think these will be the perfect shoes to take with me so I can walk everywhere without hurting! I think you could get away with going sockless but I chose not to because I dont want the slinkiness. Black no show socks are barely noticable. I highly recommend this shoe if you have to stand all day.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have a really bad left ankle and this shoe is the best I have found for me to be on my feet all day. Please don't stop making this. Like walking on a cloud.

Sketchers slip-on shoes are so comfortable. I bought these shoes a half size bigger because I intend to wear them with low cut socks.I also wanted some wiggle room as well. 8.5 M is my usual size but remember, these shoes are made soft stretchy material and there is no arch or foot support for these shoes. That's why only 4 stars. I love walking in them because of the comfort. Make sure nothing heavy drops on your foot, or accidentally dash your foot against something hard because it's going to be a big "oww-wee!"Been there and done that.......

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I was intrigued when I saw a commercial for these and I knew I had to have a pair! They feel like sock shoes; they're THAT comfortable. The shoes have great airflow so your feet don't get soaked with sweat if you're hot. Once you get a pair of these, you're probably not going to want to wear any other shoes ever again.

Sono scarpe adatte a stare in casa, fare la spesa, ecc...insomma, non impegnative. Risultano molto leggere ai piedi, sembra di non averle.L'unica cosa è che la sinistra mi stringeva un pochino sul collo del piede, la destra no stranamente perchè è il piede destro che è leggermente più grande di qualche millimetro. Quindi suppongo sia una leggera difettosità...per la quale comunque avevo deciso di non renderle e in effetti la situazione è migliorata con l'utilizzo. Ne prenderei anche di un altro colore. Bought these as house shoes--I needed something more substantial than a regular slipper because I need to go outside several times a day, and don't want to have to change out of slippers. I had a pair of leather Skechers previously, and they were enormous--about one size larger than a standard size. I was a bit worried about ordering my usual size in these, but I did. They are quite slim fitting, which I found great--they fit fine, a little big, but not huge like my previous ones. I also love the soles on these--my previous pair had big gaps in the "bubble" sole--I used to pick up bits of gravel from my drive and trek it all over the house!

Oh these are wonderful! I ordered them having heard positive things about their memory foam soles. I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E) and fibromyalgia so I need comfortable shoes without making me feel like I've totally lost all self respect. These have not disappointed, they are so comfortable to walk in. I specifically chose this design as I have very narrow feet and struggle with any form of slip of shoes as I just step right out of them. However this design is fine, it is higher than some of the other sketcher slip on designs and my feet are firmly secure when I walk. I was very impressed with the price on Amazon as they can be around £30-£40 elsewhere. Overall I am delighted with my purchase.

Bought as a gift for my partner. She has wide feet and you could see her small toe sticking out. Difficult to get the shoe on and unfortunately they aren’t any good for her. If you have wide feet I’d stay away.

I bought these shoes as they were a lot cheaper than the in store product, however, the material on the inside does not match the same shoe tried in store. The authentic version is cushioned on the inside and the sole feels gel-like, whereas the counterfeit version was rough on the inside, with unfinished seams and sole that isn't as comfortable.It's safe to say that I returned these shoes and spent extra on the authentic store product (which is so so comfortable).
